Booking Terms and Conditions
A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of your booking. Once submitted this booking form constitutes a firm booking which can only be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy set out below. Once we receive your booking form we will send you a booking acknowledgement. If you have not received this acknowledgment prior to date of the conference, please contact us.
Cancellation policy
Bookings may only be cancelled by registered letter, by fax to 01865 510710 or by e-mail to rachel@hartpub.co.uk which we must receive no less than 10 working days before the date of the conference (i.e. 27 November 2009). We will then refund your delegate fee less an administration charge of £50 + VAT per cancelled delegate booking. Refunds for later cancellation are entirely at the discretion of Hart Publishing. We will not refund fees to delegates who have not cancelled and who, for whatever reason, do not attend the conference. We reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme, date, content, speakers and venue as necessary; or cancel the conference altogether, in which case we will refund in full any delegate fees paid.
Substitute delegates
Substitute delegates can be accepted at any time, without charge. Please telephone Rachel Turner on 01865 517530 to let us know the name of the substitute delegate.
Data
Data supplied will be used only for the purposes of organising and administering this conference and will not be used for other activities not connected to the conference. We will not sell or share the information provided with other organisations.
